May 21st - 26th

Holiday Monday 11:45amStair & Resistant band workout
Holiday Monday 6pm - Douglas Fur Trail workout
Tuesday 5pm - Play Ground Circuit Training  
Wednesday 11:45am - CORE, CORE and more CORE(unless its raining)
Wednesday 5pm -  Sprints & Strength(with weights)
Thursday 6:30am -  Hill running & Stair workout. Meet at the stairs
Thursday 7pm -  Play Ground Circuit Training + running speed intervals 
Saturday 10am - TBA
